Color Accuracy: While we ensure our photos are color-matched to the physical fabric, slight variations may occur depending on your device’s screen settings (such as brightness or 'True Tone' features).
Fit & Silhouette: Our apparel is engineered with high-performance stretch fabrics. While the product is identical to the imagery, the silhouette may adapt slightly based on your unique body type and the compression level of the specific collection.
Your sales receipt is generated automatically and can be accessed through the following channels:
Email Confirmation: Immediately after your order is placed, a digital receipt is sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your 'Updates' or 'Spam' folders if you do not see it in your primary inbox.
Customer Account: If you have a registered account with Benzora Industries, simply log in and navigate to the 'Order History' section. There, you can view and download PDF invoices for all past transactions.
Inside Your Package: For your records, a printed packing slip (excluding pricing for gift orders) is typically included within your shipment for easy reference upon delivery.
If you require a formal commercial invoice for business purposes, please contact our Administration Department with your order number.
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your Benzora product doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by following these steps:
Visit the Return Portal: Head to our 'Returns & Exchanges' page and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Check Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all Benzora Industries tags and "Quality Seal" packaging intact.
Generate Your Label: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions on how to send the package back to our Logistics Center.
Inspection & Refund: Once received, our Quality Control team will inspect the item. Approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments and protective sports gear are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
In most cases, yes. At Benzora Industries, our collections are divided into two categories:
Core Essentials: Our signature high-performance gear is restocked regularly. If a core item is out of stock, it is likely already in the Production phase and will be available within 2–4 weeks.
Limited Edition Drops: Items from our 'Pro-Series' or seasonal colorway drops are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Once these are sold out, they are typically not restocked.
Don't miss out: We recommend visiting the product page and selecting your size to sign up for 'Back in Stock' email alerts. You’ll be the first to know the moment our Dispatching Department checks in new inventory. You can also follow our official channels for 'Restock Date' announcements.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We are currently able to ship to most P.O. Boxes and military addresses via standard postal services, though expedited shipping may require a physical street address.
